This site is run by LevelUpLazar, a one-person indie studio making Boo Online. It collects as little as possible. Here's exactly what and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Your answer to "What other games do you play?", if you choose to give one.

There are no tracking cookies, ads or analytics on this site.

Why

To email you about Boo Online: alpha and beta tests, the launch, and occasional development updates. The games answer helps decide what Boo Online should feel like. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you join. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it

Emails are stored and sent with Resend, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask for removal, or until the waitlist is no longer needed after launch, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails. Reply to any of our emails with "unsubscribe", or write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
